Party ideas in London
it’s the big 50th this summer, so thinking it’s only right to have a bash of sorts in London Town.

I’v had in mind a Thames boat party, ideally need a boat that holds around 200.

Does anyone know of, or could recommend a good boat, with a decent layout & a couple of bars, also a good sound system & dance floor.

Failing that, I’m also considering a hotel with a decent size function room. Ideally a nice hotel but nothing overly expensive, being nicely located would be a bonus.

The other option would be a nice bar/club that can be hired exclusively.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Ha! I’v got a largish family and making sure my parents have their circle of friends there as well.. Plus party’s can soon snowball, can’t invite those without them etc.

The Tattershall looks nice but I wasn’t after a moored boat, be nice to sail down the Thames & see the sights.

Anyone else got any suggestions please keep em coming, invitation to whoever finds me a venue!

Re: Party ideas in London
The Tattershall is still open. I think you have the lower deck there that you could hire for a party. Great location and views. As someone else said, I would not have enough friends for a bash for 100 people, let alone 200. You might want to try Asian wedding venues!

tattersall castle was always good, though I haven't been on there for many years. the only problem is it stays moored to the embankment. looks like it's still open
